The FORCE life coaching team is a team of professionals leveraging over 30 years of sales experience.  We have assembled a team of coaches and motivational speakers specializing in the 5 components of whole life success: Family, Occupation, Rejuvenation, Charity and Entertainment (FORCE).  We call the journey to success in each of these components “360 Degrees  of Success”.

John Lomba, Head Coach:  John has been working with highly successful, highly compensated sales professionals for over 15 years.  He has built a track record in helping these people reach higher levels of sales by sharing with them techniques other successful sales people utilize.  He has taken those techniques and packaged them in a manner anyone can use to further their professional success.  John’s mantra is “Everyone is in sales, the product is YOU.”  John has also devoted his life to physical fitness.  He has been a martial artist for over 20 years.  He received his black belt 16 years ago and is also a certified personal trainer.  He is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Kylee Lomba, Coach: Kylee has been working in the customer service field for over 10 years.  She is keenly attuned to the happiness of clients and has created the 10 Golden Rules for Client Happiness.  She is our image consultant and is certified in sports nutrition and aerobic health. 

Support Coaches Network:  We have also formed a network of specialist in other fields who contribute to our holistic approach (360 Degrees of Success).  These specialists include Family Health Counselors, Career Planning Specialists, Fitness and Spiritual Gurus, as well as experts in the fields of Giving and Event Planning.

 

We work with our clients in several different ways;
